Their just selling little building tracts. You'd think in a state like AK, they could sell some REAL land.

The starting prices don't look that great to me.

What is up with the small subdivision parcels? You think that there would be at least a few large parcels available. I also think the prices are a little steep.

I did see a few 20ac lots for about 10 grand but I don't think they had road access. Still, I suppose if you really wanted to get away from it all it could be an ideal SHTF get away. Remember, Zombies freeze solid in -40 weather.
